  • I want to claim my ArkiMerch.
    The Council is currently taking inventory of our stocks and cross checking with our records for the release of ArkiMerchs. An Arkinunsyo shall be posted once ArkiMerchs are ready for claiming.
  • How can I contact the Office of the Dean?
    You may send an email to the Office of the Dean at office.archi@ust.edu.ph or you may access the virtual office Help Desk through the link provided: https://bit.ly/ArkiDeansOffice Office hours are from Monday to Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. Kindly use your UST Gmail account.
  • Process of shifting out/taking leave of absence?
    The student applying for Leave of Absence (LOA)/ shifting will need to prepare a Letter of Intent, to be sent to the Office of the Dean via the Leave of Absence (LOA) Portal. Kindly visit the following link for the detailed instructions: https://tinyurl.ph/USTCA-LOA-PORTAL
  • I want to request a Certificate of Good Moral Character (CGMC)

  • I am enrolled but my courses are not reflected in my Blackboard account.

  • My payment is posted but its status is still "Awaiting payment/Processing Payment"
    Kindly send an email to studentaccounts@ust.edu.ph. Please use this subject format for your Email: Email Subject: [Student Name]/[College/Faculty]/[Date of Payment] In your email, please your attach proof of payment for further processing.
  • My payment is not posted in my myUSTe Student Portal Account
    If your payment is not posted after three (3) working days, kindly write an email to the UST Office of the Treasury (treasury@ust.edu.ph). Please use this subject format for your email: [Student Name]/[College/Faculty]/[Date of Payment] In your email, attach your proof of payment for further processing by the Treasury.
  • The reflection of my payment in the MyUSTe student portal has some errors.
    In case of errors in the reflection of the student's payment in the MyUSTe student portal, kindly send an email to studentaccounts@ust.edu.ph and cc:office.archi@ust.edu.ph regarding your concern.
