Kumusta na, Arki?

The USTCASC introduces you, guys, to Project UNAWA, a bimonthly mental health material guide to help you breathe in the positivity and bring out the stress you felt for days. So, every other month, we’ll be sending mental health resources that’ll calm your nerves and clear your head off of any distractions.

Here’s a little tip to help you, guys, cool down! It’s just easy to do in these four (4) steps:

1. Begin by slowly exhaling all of your air out;

2. Then, gently inhale through your nose to a slow count of 4;

3. Hold at the top of the breath for a count of 4; and

4. Then gently exhale through your mouth for a count of 4.

Do you feel at ease after doing the little 4-4-4 breathing technique? Well, stay tuned for more as we have many ways to drive out the anxiety.

Download the breathing guides provided when you need them, and always remember to breathe!
