Pinapaalalahanan ang mga estudyante na ang Type B maroon polo shirt ay isa sa tatlong uri ng uniporme na maaaring gamitin ngayong T.P. 2021-2022.

Ang supplier ng unipormeng ito ay kasalukuyang tumatanggap ng panibagong Type B maroon polo shirt orders. Ang mga nais bumili ay dapat magsumite ng Google Form na maaaring punan sa link na nakalaan.

Ang Google Form ay bukas para sa mga magsusumite ng tugon hanggang ika-31 ng Agosto 2021 (Martes) ng 11:59 PM lamang. Mangyaring alamin na hindi required ang pagbili ng Type B polo shirt.

The supplier of the uniform is currently accepting incoming orders of the Type B maroon polo shirt. Those who wish to avail Type B maroon polo shirt/s can fill out the Google Form link given below.

The Google Form will accept submissions until August 31, 2021 (Tuesday) at 11:59 PM only. Please know that students are not required to purchase the Type B maroon polo shirt.
