ABOUT US UST College of Architecture Student Council The University of Santo Tomas College of Architecture Student Council (UST CASC) is the primary student governing body of the UST College of Architecture (USTCA), deriving its authority and power from the student body which it represents. Headquartered in the Workshop of Beato Angelico Building, the Council is the primary student governing body in dealing with matters concerning all the bona fide students of the USTCA. Reaching Out: The College of Architecture Student Council Website The CASC Website project was initiated in AY 2021-2022 by CASC '21-'22 President Lu Leyva, PRO John Patrick Castro, and Media Director Arlene Turla. This project was then continued and finished in AY 2022-2023 by CASC '22-'23 PRO Angelo Dela Cruz, Secretary Marielle Armillo, and Media Director Arela Batallones. The website is managed and updated by the CASC Office for Public Relations in coordination with the CASC Media Board of Directors and Heads.
